This may be my favorite engagement session of the year thus far and it all happened because I went to drop off a check at my bank! Katie was working the counter at the bank back in spring (now the assistant manager). She saw that I was a wedding photographer, she told me she recently got engaged, we sat down for a meeting and the rest is history.
For their engagement session, we decided on photographing around the KU campus and Clinton Lake. We had to reschedule their session due to excessive heat but luckily, the weather cooled down to the 80s two days later so we took full advantage of the cooler temperatures.
Gorgeous couple, great energy, beautiful scenery, it’s every photographer’s dream.
